Hi, I’m Ashley.
I’m a licensed massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, and like many who identify as holistic healers, this profession chose me. My journey into bodywork and energy healing stemmed from my own quest for relief, peace, and reconnection. I understand the burden of carrying tension, both physically and emotionally, and I’ve dedicated myself to creating a space where others can release it, soften, and come home to themselves.
Since 2020, I’ve been supporting individuals through therapeutic touch that transcends merely alleviating pain—though I genuinely enjoy assisting with chronic pain, stress relief, and emotional heaviness. I am passionate about the body’s capacity to heal when it is truly nurtured, and I blend tailored massage therapy techniques with Reiki and intuitive care to meet you exactly where you are.
